Merry Christmas everyone!
I made this gingerbread house a while ago now, but didn’t have the time to post it. I had a lot of fun making this house and since these houses are made for Christmas, today is the day to post it.
For the gingerbread I used a recipe from bbc. But since I have no muscovado sugar and golden syrup, I replaced them with dark sugar and sugar syrup.
As decoration I got some random colorful candy, and for the royal icing I used meringue powder, powdered sugar and food coloring.
