Coffee ice pops

Posted on July 28, 2012

After three warm days our summer may be over already, but this coffee ice pop is great for everyday. Made in just 7 minutes, you can have one whenever you want. If you like frappuccinos this is something you definitely have to try!

I love blended iced coffee and I love coffee ice cream. It’s one of my favorite ice cream flavors and this recipe tastes just like blended iced coffee. With the Zoku I can have my iced coffee whenever I want, it is so fast.

I got a Zoku quick pop maker for my birthday, this thing makes three ice pops in just 7 minutes! You freeze the base and then pour in your ice cream mix. Of course you can use this recipe in a regular ice pop mold, just put it in the freezer and wait a couple of hours.
