My name is Gail, I’m 20 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I’m studying Industrial design engineering at the Technical University of Delft. I’m not sure if I want to be an industrial designer yet, I’d rather own a ice cream shop/bakery/cupcake store/other food related store. But I’m also not looking forward to working fulltime in the near future so we’ll see…
I love food, making it and eating it. My favorite foods are desserts, ice cream, Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisine. (I’m Chinese by the way) The Dutch cuisine sucks, it has no taste and never looks nice. Imagine a plate full of mashed potatoes mixed with random stuff and only some salt and pepper. bleh. Next to food I like creative stuff, that’s why I initially went to TU Delft to do industrial design engineering. It’s not that creative though, we have to calculate a whole lot more than I expected before I started. Which is a good thing after all, since the creative part is sometimes way too vague, which I don’t like.
Another thing I’m sort of obsessed with is Boo, some of you may not know Boo, but Boo is the world’s cutest dog! He’s a pomeranian with a bear like haircut.
